Our Story
Crafted Order was born from one sincere vision:
To create an authentic, iconic souvenir that truly belongs to Hong Kong.
As an international travel destination, Hong Kong has always attracted visitors worldwide.
Every iconic city owns its exclusive souvenirs: Japan has traditional omamori and confectionery; Taiwan is famous for pineapple cakes; Korea has cultural merchandise.
Nevertheless, Hong Kong has long lacked a unique, local, culturally symbolic souvenir that truly represents our city. Meanwhile, countless talented local designers and artisans in Hong Kong struggle with sales, marketing and business exposure. They own creativity and craftsmanship, but lack opportunities.
Seeing this blank space in the Hong Kong market, Crafted Order was founded. Originally starting as a local apparel design studio, we evolved into Hong Kong’s flagship local creation souvenir platform. We gather Hong Kong designers and artisans, carefully curate local handmade products, and create exclusive Hong Kong souvenirs that cannot be found elsewhere.

我們的故事｜Our Story
Crafted Order 誕生於一個簡單卻執著的念頭：
為香港，造一份真正屬於香港的手信。
香港向來是國際旅遊城市，人流絡繹不絕。環顧世界各地，日本有御守、菓子；台灣有鳳梨酥；韓國有特色文創。每一個地方，都擁有專屬自己、令人印象深刻的代表性手信。
唯獨香港，長久以來欠缺一份真正屬於本土、能夠代表香港文化、充滿創作溫度的獨特手信。同時，香港深藏無數有才華的獨立設計師、手工匠人、創作人。他們擁有創意、熱誠與手藝，卻缺乏銷售渠道、營運知識、宣傳資源。
有才，卻無路。
正因看見呢兩個空白，Crafted Order 由此而生。由一間本土服裝設計工作室起步，我哋決定擴展成為香港首個本土原創手信旗艦平台。我哋聚集全港匠人、設計師、民間創作者，將香港人的創作，整理、包裝、推廣，打造外界無法複製、真正屬於香港的專屬手信。
